Dreams Company was founded as an alternative stage for the disabled and socially disadvantaged youth who want to be an “artist” and want the art to be a part of their lives and is a sub project of Dreams Academy. The aim of Dreams Company , which is completely voluntary, is to demonstrate that how successful disabled and socially disadvantaged youth can get in performing arts as long as they are trained. Dreams Company is a first in the world as it brings disabled and socially disadvantaged youth and performing artist together and it aims to contribute to their employment by arranging national and international tours fot their plays. It also aims to desing sense of aesthetics which is main subject of the art, and break the prejugdements in this regard.
The first appearence of Dreams Company in front of the audience was with “Love Story”. It was staged in “Çılgın Sanat Festivali” which is an international disabled festival.
The community took part in Akatlar Culture Center on 27th of March 2012, World Theater Day with their “Farkındalık Tiyatrosu” (Play of Awareness) performance staged with the power they created and the energy creating difference. The play being staged to make a difference for the other disability conditions by the students of and the volunteer trainers of Dreams Company appeared in front of the audience as the new output of Dreams Academy and got their attention. Preperations for Grease Musical as 2011-2012 project still continue. 10 hearing impaired, 4 mild mental, 7 volunteer, 3 professional dancer are maintaining their exercises in the leadership of Önay Alemdar.
THE FOUNDATION AIMS OF DREAMS COMPANY
To make real wishes of disabled and socially disadvantaged youth in Turkey who want to be engaged in art or maybe want it to be their profession.
To convey the art to everyone whose hearts beat for it and save it from being monopolized by the gratuates of consevatory and by those chosen ones.
To create an alternative educational institution for the youth who cannot register into art academies under normal circumstances because of their disabilities and to provide performing area after their education here and to offer an employment opportunity.

GREASE MUSICAL
Dreams Company which was founded within the body of Dreams Academy started to their works for Grease Musical in 2011 as their last project. The community is still maintaining their exercises for the launch which is going to take place in Fall 2012 after the rehersal with the audience on 28th of June in Üsküdar Tekel Stage. Grease Musical is being staged by 10 hearing impaired , 4 mild mental, 7 volunteers , 3 professional dancers Libretto In the summer of 1958 Danny Zuko and Sandy Olsson had a summer love. As the summer ends, they have to seperate. School starts, and Danny becomes the leader of the T-Birds, a group of black-jacket greasers in Rydell High. While he is telling his summer stories and affairs to his best friends Kencikie, Doody, Sonny and Putzie, he runs across with Sandy in Rydell High. She also starts to study at Rydell High. But Danny covers his affair with Sandy. Sandy gets upset with Danny by his manners about their love, and hangs with the Pink Ladies led by Rizzo. Danny is madly in love with Sandy. He is scared of losing popularity and being mocked by his best friends. However their love is so big that they get back together.
